Job Summary:
The Content Systems Analyst will primarily be responsible forgatheringelectronic information from primary sources as soon as it is available. The content systems analyst will analyze, manipulate, and load data to back end structures through use of processing tools. He/She will research and correct data errors. He/she will create and document processing procedures. The said wil work with other Systems Analysts and Managers to improve collection operations. The content system analyst will communicate with stakeholders on status of projects and daily operations.

- You are able to work with dataset stakeholders to develop electronic quality control measures and perform manual quality content as needed.
- You can maintain general subject matter knowledge for datasets and help in resolving client cases.
- You are capable of preparing for big processing loads and communicating the plan to major stakeholders
- You can provide input and ideas for new processing tools and product enhancements.
- You cam research and troubleshoot problems, and provide feedback to co-workers.
- You are able to work with Agile team members on any testing tasks in development and share feedback.
- You can assist in communicating with various tech support teams for creating support/escalation plans for priority processing
- You can work with other tech teams to plan/execute any database related work
- You have ability to complete other assignments or projects as assigned.
